ZTE Launches Lease To Own Program In The US
ZTE is the latest smartphone maker to launch a leasing program for its handsets, the new ZTE Lease to Own program is launching in the US.
The company has said that you can buy a handset on the plan in monthly payments which range form 6 months to 24 months.
“We are introducing leasing options because we believe advanced mobile technology should be available to everyone. We also want the experience of purchasing and using a ZTE device to be easy for any consumer,” said Lixin Cheng, CEO and chairman of ZTE USA. “How customers want to pay versus the amount they are comfortable paying are equally important – and ZTE can provide the best of both worlds.”
They also said that there are no fees of penalties if you pay your device off early and you can also upgrade to a new handset by returning your old one.
